(the “Site”) operated by Ken Saunders, a California sole proprietor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and services

We offer digital downloads (including but not limited to ebooks, audio, and PDF reports), physical goods (including print books and related items). Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and may change at any time. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are free from error. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, and update product information without prior notice.

3. Orders, payment, and fulfillment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or error. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Digital goods

are typically delivered via a download link sent to the email address on the order, usually within a few minutes of purchase. Access to digital goods is provided for personal use only (see Section 5).

Physical goods

are shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are approximate. We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays, loss, or damage in transit beyond what is recoverable through the carrier’s own process.

Consultation services

are scheduled and delivered as described in the individual service listing. Completion of the service depends on your timely submission of required information (e.g., birth data for astrological readings).

4. Refunds and cancellations

Digital goods (ebooks, PDFs, audio):

Due to the nature of digital delivery, sales are generally

final

once the download link has been accessed or the file delivered. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds for verified technical issues that prevent access.

Physical goods:

You may request a return within fourteen (14) days of delivery for unopened, undamaged items. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive the return.

Consultation services:

Once delivery of the reading or consultation has begun, the sale is final. Unstarted services may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Intellectual property and license

All content on the Site — text, images, glyphs, graphics, audio, books, reports, video, and source code — is the property of Ken Saunders, a California sole proprietor or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly post the purchased content.
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices.
  • Use the content to train machine-learning models or to create derivative works for commercial distribution.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or connected networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or associated systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy substantial portions of the Site.

7. Third-party links and affiliates

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or affiliate-referral links. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Where affiliate relationships exist, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate participation is disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEN SAUNDERS, A CALIFORNIA SOLE PROPRIETOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. You agree to indemnify and hold Ken Saunders, a California sole proprietor and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
