Coming out and letting you in

So today marks the beginning of a new period for me.  Since I was a small child, I've been journaling almost daily.  It dropped off a bit here and there throughout the years; adulting has a way of doing that.  The we're living through has changed so many things in such a short time; everything has changed from my daily routine, my , my relationship with food.  I don't think things will get back to what they were before COVID-19 made its way into the world (Astrologically, we should have seen it Saturn/Pluto traveling through Capricorn).  I do feel like everyone has gone through the seven stages of grief.  I know I have. So now I'm here feeling like I've wasted an entire month or so.  As Ian McShane says on the song The Frog and the Princess:

“I was completely neglecting my . An intense, hysterical romance developed between Grace and I. But I ran out of and realized I had to stop all this bullshit and go back to work.”

While all this has been going on, I've never been quite sure what to do with this .com site. It's been just sitting there somewhat neglected.  This site is my , my place to share everyday adventures, recipes, things I that are exciting, jobs I've taken on to make money on the side doing what you love.  Being a Capricorn, I've always taken things a bit too seriously, wanting my site to look like someone else's is not going to happen, so going forward I'm just going to be me and share all the different pieces that bring me happiness.  So the goal is to blog every day, some days more some less.  If you are a subscriber to my blog, you're going to see a new direction and more posts.  I will blog about finding writing gigs, but you're also going to see pictures of outings, recipes, articles, adventures of Mr. Fancypants as well as Astrology articles from one of this blog's sister sites, 4Phases.com.

It's an exciting time to be alive, rich with opportunity, and I plan to take advantage of it.

I love all things gadgets, technology, food, and inspiration. I aim for this site to share those things that I’ve found that make life a little easier, fun, inspired, or delicious. If I have provided that for you, my mission has been accomplished
